With the easy availability of many streaming services, most are just a clicked link away. Here are seven benefits of why listening to podcasts on your next hike will help you add miles to your hiking totals and contribute to your health and well-being. I like to listen to them in the morning while I’m getting ready, when I’m at work, or while exercising.
